1. Service Description

Mythic+ Boost Service provides in-game Mythic+ key boosting for World of Warcraft. All services are provided by a solo operator ("I", "me", "my") on a per-order basis. By submitting an order through the calculator on this website, you request my service and agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active World of Warcraft account with a character that can access Mythic+ dungeons at or above the selected keystone level. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Order Process

After you submit an order with your contact information (BattleTag or Discord username), I will review it and contact you directly to arrange the boost. You stay in the party at all times — I never request or accept your account credentials. The boost starts after we confirm the arrangement.

4. Payment

Payment is in gold, traded in-game after you verify the runner and group are in your party. No payment is requested or accepted upfront. The price displayed in the calculator at the time of order is the final price — no hidden fees, no upsells.

5. Account Safety

I never ask for your account credentials. All boosts are performed with you in the party. You retain full control of your account at all times. Any request for your login information is fraudulent and should be reported to me immediately.

6. Refund & Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the boost begins with no obligation. Once the boost has started, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a technical issue or runner unavailability prevents the boost from completing, a full refund (gold) will be issued. Contact me on Discord at @dmc_xd with any concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. My total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your contact information (BattleTag or Discord username) and order details are used solely to fulfill your order. I do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) submit false or fraudulent orders; (b) attempt to manipulate pricing or abuse the order system; (c) use the service for any illegal activity or in violation of World of Warcraft's Terms of Service; (d) harass, threaten, or abuse me or any runner.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation first.
